From there, reach out to a member of The Board and then declare your intent in the #Recruit-Pool thread, stating your new players:
Name - Position - College of Choice (you can also list as undecided).

Building a player is free!
That said, if you really want to make a splash, there are also paid player tiers.
Here’s how the tiers work:
PLAYER TIERS
Of course you can build a player for free, but the chances of making it big in the Pros go up when you create a tiered player, because you can change 10 ratings to be better.
While you can’t pick every rating to boost, you can have a very big impact on them.
At the FREE Tier, you can select ONE 95 rating and THREE each to set at 90, 85 + 80.
